She grew up with her younger brother, Gary, and graduated from King City High School. A lifelong resident of King City, Carol built a wonderful life surrounded by family, friends and the community she called home. She worked as a hairstylist for many years and was the proud owner of Carol’s Curl Cap in King City. Through the years, she made many friends and formed lasting connections with those around her. Carol especially loved spending time at the beach in Cayucos, where she could enjoy the beauty of the coast. She treasured time spent with her family and friends and also enjoyed reading, listening to music, and watching movies. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Carmen Senestrao, and her brother, Gary Senestraro. She leaves behind her four children, Mitch Bennett, Troy Bennett, Norman Bennett and Nicole (Bennett) Blaswich; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Carol will be deeply missed by her family, her many friends and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on through the family she loved, the friendships she made and the many years she spent as part of the King City community. In keeping with Carol’s wishes, no services will be held. Those who knew and loved her are invited to celebrate her life by remembering the good times, treasured friendships, and special memories they shared with her.
