Robert V. Lee October 12, 1946 - September 19, 2026
Robert (Bob) passed unexpectedly on September 19, 2026 in Yreka, Ca. Bob was born and raised in Watsonville, Ca. He attended Moreland Notre Dame Elementary School and went on to graduate from Mora High School.
He was a Vietnam War Veteran who served in the Navy on the USS Ticonderoga. He was an avid gardener who had a great talent for growing roses and even cultivated his own variety of Irises.
His happiest times were spent with his kids, gardening and fishing. He was very much looking forward to celebrating his 80th birthday with his family.
He leaves his daughter Briana Lee, her partner Vince Grewohl and their children Lucy and Dominic Grewohl, his daughter Kelly Lee and her son Cameron. He also leaves his ex-wife and lifelong friend Marcia Lee, as well as his brother Gary Lee (Jennifer), sisters Patricia Anderson (Craig) and Kathy Wilcox (Brent) as well as nieces and nephews - Robin (Wilcox) Leland and her daughters Emeline and Vivienne, and niece Jamie (Wilcox) LaGrange (Jeff) and their sons - Harrison, Sawyer, Bennett and Griffin. Nephews William Lee (Kendall) and Jacob Petralia (Julia) Olivia and Addy.
A celebration of life will be held in Yreka on October 10th 4-6pm at 450 N. Foothill Dr. Yreka, CA.
A private family gathering will be held in Watsonville on November 1st.
